I don't remember who where the one that believed this (POV character) and where it actually confirmed by Selia? I can totally see Shuffle saying something and Selia not bothering to denying it just to move the conversation along depending on how annoying Shuffle is (give a finger he takes the hand).

Not all High Rankers know about the Third iteration and their plans to attack, only the few members of the Cabal. Now it is also obvious, they are only aware about the monster horde, time and direction of the offensive. They didn't expect to get hit with a 'terrorist' attack as first strike. This should also make any peaceful resolution impossible.

Thanks for the chapter. The third assault happen sooner than expected. I was certain you would write a few more transition chapters. Glad I was proven wrong.^^ Looking forward to what happens now, and who dies or survives. How Selia, Erdania and Ryun have come together for the first time was okay, maybe a bit too fast paced? When Selia's and Ryun's relationships deepens, then I would also like to read sometimes from Erdania's perspective, to get to know her better as well. In this chapter it was pointed out, that Erdania only has sex with strangers and has no interest in learning more about them. She also makes sure that Selia doesn't meet / knows the people she slept with. But in chapter Interlude - The League it was revealed that she and Shuffle had sex. This does not fit into the narrative, because that should have happend only recently and Shuffle and Selia know each other. I think it woul be better to rewrite that part.

I quite liked this one. I think the girls relationship was honestly just touched briefly. The chapter nicely brought Selia Erdania and Ryun together for the first time. Much approved^^

I have to be honest, not the best chapter foremost because this is the 4th(3rd?) time we get explained why she is not having an great relationship with her girlfriend. We don't need all the story repeated in order to know what she feels. So some 4 paragraphs could have been cut from the chapter and it would get better. I don't need to see the whole status page to be told the digging skill levelled up.

Your a tease god damn. I wonder what the attack was and how many survived. I mean The high rankers knew an attack was coming, but I don't think they knew when exactly considering Selia was invited and wasn't told anything about an attack. Or maybe she's not worth telling?
