Radar Update 1

Here's a quick Radar map update.
Today I added the main radar elements which are these OTH (over-the-horizon) antenna arrays. On top of this, I added fences, guard towers and patrol waypoints for the Military faction.
Tomorrow I will be adding the main buildings designed for this map and then it's time to start bringing the secondary details and props.
