Here's one of the new medical items: Melatonin.
The purpose of this item is linked to upcoming dynamic game time, where you can utilize sleeping for speeding up the game time, meaning time of day.
However if you try to sleep multiple times in a row, that will be blocked eventually so you will have to actually spend some extra time before the character can sleep again. Melatonin will avoid this and it allows you to fall asleep each time when you consume it.
