Meet Grandma.
Often referred to as the Oracle of the Border Zone, Grandma refused to be evacuated and stayed with her cat to live in the Border Zone until the very end.
Grandma has a eye condition which makes her completely blind but she's still one of the only people who can truly see what's happening in the Border Zone.
Grandma lives in a cabin near the Border Zone and she plays the most central role in terms of lore in the game.
