New Item: Pastilles

Salmiakki = Salt liquorice
Karhu Pastilli = Salt liquorice with Tar
These pastilles are somewhat Finnish favorites IRL (brand name is only different) or at least you can buy these in almost any corner.
ps. I should now be back on track with that loot challenge, so I'm going to fully focus on those new mechanics rest of the week.
