Recoil & Fire Rate Tweaks

Since there's now these new SMG's in the game, I decided to tweak the recoil ja fire rate a bit to mimic the IRL-experience.
Recoil now takes account if there's no stock like in this PM5-K variant and also fire rate has been increased slightly in most weapons, because the previous RPM in all weapons was too low.
