Dev Build (Update)

I'm now starting to prepare that next Patreon Dev Build which will include:
- Trading System Demo
- AI Updates
- Ammo System Updates (Bug fixes)
- Shotguns / Bolt-actions (Ammo system support)
- Bullet SFX
- KAR-21
- New Optics
- Weapon Stats
- Dynamic Arm Textures
This dev build will be once again limited to that sandbox area + shelter but that's totally fine for these test purposes before Public Demo 2.
I'm estimating it will take around 3-4h for me to finish/upload this dev build before sharing the download link here.
