Yeah... I typically get 3-5 “flagged for review” emails from YouTube every time I show feet in a video. So far they’ve just age restricted my stuff (even if I had already turned the age restriction on). They’ve got some very vague language in their TOS around adult/sexual content that gives them tons of leeway.
