This is the cheatiest mod I've ever made but I needed it when playtesting some other mods. What it does it fairly simple: it helps to complete your sims' daily task while helping them skill up in the skills and/or requirements needed for promotions and performance.

How it Works

On the phone there will be an option that is specific to your career (I will not be listing them all) on the phone under the Business menu. They all start with "Attend" except for the Entertainer Career - that one is "Perform at a Gig". So it could be "Attend Political Action Meeting" for the Activist career or "Attend Restaurant Opening" for the Food Critic Career.

For example, for the Athlete Career instead of buying equipment and having your sim work out or following your sim to the gym, you can now send them to "Attend Athletic Team Practice" or "Attend Bodybuilding Competition" depending on which branch they're in. While there they will fulfill their daily task and skill up in fitness and other skills needed for their career.

This only takes into account careers which have daily tasks including school. This does not work for active careers, freelance careers, part-time jobs, or odd jobs. It does include all careers from all packs. It tests for whether or not your sim is in a specified career so you will only see the option that pertains to your sim's current line of work.

Note: If you use Kuttoe's Career Overhaul, the additional skills required for those careers have been taken into account when creating this mod.
