They're all connected openly from the Vestibule of Hell to Treachery in sort of a line, but their actual spatial positions vary wildly over time and the path isn't straight. And there are some demiplanes like Vanity that connect two circles without regard to their actual spatial distance like a long cavernous wormhole, and through a smaller opening than the normal circle transitions. Like Vanity only connects to Lust through a small mirror pool on an island, but the entire bottom of Lust falls straight through to Sloth. Demiplanes aren't permanent connections though, and can over time change their connections as the sin defining them changes, merge into a subplane of a circle if their demon lord starts to act too much in line with a connected circle's sin, or become a full circle if their sin becomes distinct and powerful enough and insert themselves into the main line of circles.

So, I'm looking at Selthuzia and according to the little layout thing you did, vanity is way down there. Do the circles borders each of the others planarly or do some just have direct connections?
