Bane of the Renegade

So first thing's first, no Paragon is not done.

But I got too bored of it.

So now I'm doing Renegade stuff!
It's no secret that I've been sort of burned out on things. Not specifically Rejuv related, but just the State(tm) of things and personal things bringing me down.
It's been tough!

But I'm getting through it. Slowly but surely.
Anyway, Renegade.

I won't specify what part this takes place in, but there's a segment where you play as M2 for a while. The Circumstances of this is not going to be shared, but to you M2 fans out there, rejoice! And for the haters... Uh, sorry?

I know for some people, playing as other characters is really annoying. Which was kind of a shocker for me, personally? I try not to do them as often because of some of the feedback I've gotten, but I've already written too much that requires it and I don't want to fall back on that.

However, I've had some ideas on how to make these segments a little bit less painful for some. I know most of it has to do with not being able to use your own pkmn (besides Interceptor's Wish), but I have a feeling the limited party is also responsible for this. Sometimes it's hard to balance fights when you're limited to one party. Sometimes its hard to deal with challenges when you dont really have the freedom to move things around. *Cough Erin and Angie.

It's not finalized, but we're working on a method to have NPC temporary boxes. This way you'll be able to take out Pokemon that other characters have in their reserve! For those of you who click Interceptor's wish every time, this won't matter at all, but I thought I'd mention it!

Renegade is already turning out to be a bit shorter. Though, I've already said that I have no interest in padding things out just for it to match Paragon's length. I'll do what needs to be done in a way that makes sense! While still inputting as much quality as I normally do and more.

That's all I have to share for now! I hope I can get Renegade at least up to Paragon length by June. Then start Internal testing sometime in August for both routes. Maybe quicker. Only time will tell! But as always. I hold no promises.
