Apnea Update

So I saw the sleep doctor today. We came to the conclusion I most likely have sleep apnea and itβll help me a ton to get this taken care of. Iβll be doing at at home sleep apnea test in the near future. If the test comes back positive Iβll get a cpap, if the test comes back inconclusive Iβll have to do an in lab study (god I hope I donβt have to do that). Be she said that I most likely have it. Iβm feeling a lot (and I mean a lot) calmer now that weβve gotten to the bottom of this. My anxiety is donβt bullying me for today.
After my appointment I went to Taco Bell and got a bunch of nacho fries. Iβm still hungry so imma make some snackos soon. Thanks for all your support again, all the kind words of support on my last post really helped me through today.
