Couple changes
Added 2020-11-21 16:35:53 +0000 UTCI removed the $10 and $3 tier. I still plan on doing polled renders but I can't guarantee they will be weekly so I thought it would be easier to just remove that tier altogether. I removed the $3 tier as well mainly just because there isn't much point to it. So as of now there is only one tier of support to simplify things.
