It was thanks to him meeting the requirements on his ability. -Unstoppable's stopping requirement is why Top was wearing a cast in his first appearance. -Spoiler free answer about Billy's ability name. None of your answers are correct, and it isn't "Unfair" or "Unbelievable" This arc is absolute peak, and the current best arc of this series, imo. You guys are in for a treat!
