We’ve already seen the Hunting Dogs overpower the ADA completely and force them to rely on criminals for safety. Now it turns out a background character was actually a Hunting Dog the entire time and has been lying in wait since the very first episode. Just keep piling that desperation on. The ADA are 100% the underdogs in this conflict, to a level we’ve never really seen. They’re just constantly at a disadvantage and on the back-foot.
