Somehow it slipped through the cracks and I apologize. In other news, Shangri-La Frontier won the vote! So we will knock out the first 2 seasons, followed by More than a married couple after. They really pay attention to the details especially when Sunraku takes a break and goes to play a few other trash games during the season. I appreciate the build up along with the down time and hype. It all works so well. Why the fuck didn't this get noticed more by the masses?!😤

Min maxers that have played so many games before that they can pull shit out of their ass like you would not believe! Props to Taylor too cause if I was not using a bow I was duel wielding. Its the only way man!😅 Not gonna lie though there is a lot to pay attention to in this anime but it is such fun if you are a gamer especially RPGs. Best part is we don't stay in the game forever so look forward to Sunraku actually having some kind of life. Oh and you might want to go back on your own and check out that magazine from when he was talking to his mom. That was a little foreshadowing. 😉 Bonus for you guys. Sunraku is the same voice of Sakura in Windbreakers Uchida Yūma-san. 😎

2025-06-05 05:21:17 +0000 UTCThis show does have some slow points, but when it’s building up to some big boss fights it gets unbelievably hype. Plus I really like how it fully embraces all of it actually being a game. So many other VR game based anime barely touch the game mechanics, while this is constantly aware of how the systems work. Plus it actually has the characters occasionally play other games, which is a fun way to mix things up between the bigger story. It’s about playing video games, while so many other series are just standard isekai or fantasy series with a few menu screens.
