PC Down Issue

I just login back here.
This is my PC. The old one I give up recover it. Don't know it's CPU broken or Mother board broken.
I guess is mother board. There is quite many signal actually..
Have power issue whole 5 years. And recently has a lot.
Sometime it can't boot PC. And sometime ... PC still work. But can't open new thing. It seems another power issue problem.
I don't know is it same problem.
My Wacom is very hard to make connect with my old PC
(I still installing things back to my PC.... so I don't know do new one has same. As this Wacom is really old already. This is no surprise if that is Wacom problem.)
Yea... I just making PC things. Maybe need 1 more day for update, install and try & error...
Yea, this PC has no Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop yet. This is totally new... I need to install tons of things again...
And sorry that July reward probably more broken... I really have no time on it...
