How to correctly use English translation patch

How to use it correctly? Give a simple example.
(1) unzip "Ver0.80 Upgrade" or "Ver0.80 Uncorrected Upgrade", cover the file package "www" of Ver0.70.
(2) unzip "Ver0.80 English translation", cover the file package "www" of Ver0.80.

Some friends directly covered the "Ver0.80 English translation" to the file package "www" of Ver0.70.
This’s wrong, will take BUGs.
