Sam & Cat script

HOPEFULLY by the time we hit the half hour mark, we'll ACTUALLY be reviewing the show, but I'm not sure with this one!

I had definitely thought that Jennette McCurdy's real life trajectory would have made for a good character arc in the new iCarly—her childhood left her traumatized, and after the death of her mother* she was ashamed of her past and decided to make a new life as a singer-songwriter—but it's fascinating that the seeds of this were almost canon back in 2012. *This would also have been a good way to have avoided the cost of hiring Jane Lynch.
