This time, I'm sharing a commission featuring an OC trainer and Ninetales. I originally designed this OC trainer in a previous commission, and the client liked it so much that they came back for more!

For the new commission, the trainer is embracing her partner, Ninetales. Although Ninetales has not yet joined "Pokémon UNITE", its mystical character in "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX" has left a strong impression on me. I aimed to capture its elegance, nobility, and the texture of its fur. The client requested a simple background, but adding the flame effects around Ninetales' tails turned out beautifully.

The design of this OC that I'm sharing is the version without any client modifications. However, the final version chosen by the client, which is reflected in new commission, differs slightly.

This wasn't my first time doing a commission for an OC trainer, but it was my first time designing one. The client only provided a few rough specifications such as blue hair, a headband, and a leather jacket, which allowed for more creative freedom in the process. I took the liberty to add more details, which took some time to perfect, but I'm very satisfied with the result! By the way, I haven't been given any information about the OC's name or background. She's a mysterious girl with many secrets.
