Connecting Discord with Patreon

To link your Patreon and Discord accounts, simply log in to Patreon and connect via the settings.
Sometimes it might not work properly through the app, but if that happens, try logging into Patreon through a browser and linking your accounts that way — it usually solves the issue.
Log in to your Patreon account
Click on Settings from the left side menu
Click on More and then Connected Apps from the menu bar
If you’re using a smartphone, you might need to drag the menu to find the “Connected apps” option under “Settings.
Click on Discord and then click the Connect button
Enter the email address or phone number you use to log in with Discord and your password and click the Login button
Click the Authorize button
You've successfully linked Discord to Patreon! You may need to refresh the page
