What gets me isn't JUST that all of these New Warriors are a parody in of themselves, but a whole event which is just basically "Civil War, but with ages this time" is dedicated to introduce them. I occasionally flip through Spider-Gwen and seeing Gwen Stacy complain to Peter Parker about how he's a hypocrite that he was a teen hero originally wasn't something I needed to see.
