If she's cheating with you because her significant other is an evil bastard, then I have no sympathy for him and don't really mind the scenario (especially if the story leads to her getting out of that toxic relationship). But if the scenario is that she's cheating with you because she's the one who's toxic and her hubby/boyfriend is just being cucked, then it's a huge turn-off.

If it's done in order to get off on actually dominating the other person and the recipient doesn't like it, then it's horrible and could make me stop playing. Similar for other things, like prostitution. If it's a mutually beneficial scenario and no one is being hurt, then it's not so bad. For "pregnancy", I wasn't sure what to put. Pregnancy is a natural part of sex, and having sex while lightly pregnant can be beautiful. Turning it into a "kink" is where it stops being attractive, as well as when the pregnancy is far enough along that it would be injurious to the baby.
