Poll about a new character...

I'm having some doubts regarding one of these new characters: the thing is she really LOVES money and sex and... well, she'd love getting D for $.
The (NEW) main character could romance her and either push her along this path or convince her to quit.
I think it would make for a very modern and sex-positive storyline, but I know it could turn off lots of people.
Would you enjoy the kink or would it turn you off?
Would this storyline push you away from the game or would you still play it?
Would it just make you lose interest in the character or in the game as a whole?

I encourage all types of kinks as well as the ones I don't like. Variety is the spice of life. If I'd like my kink (petplay/bdsm to name a couple) expanded on then it's only fair that others should have theirs. I don't like sharing (though it won't stop from playing a game) but it won't stop me from having fun with the character but if I'm to romance them, then being able to get them to stop and become exclusively mine is important which I get is messed up since I always go for a harem ending where I can. Though I'd probably still play through the sharing route just for the story but it wouldn't be canon in my head. At the end of the day though what's important is that it makes sense for the character and the story and her quitting also makes sense. Why does she want the money? Sick (maybe human) mother, cut off from daddy, or poor family and if we're gonna get her to quit then how do we do it? Do we have money, can we cure her mother (or turn her if she's human) and is this solely a character arc or does it play into a larger part of the story? On another note, is what she does physical or is it online with all kinds of "fantasy" toys? That could be where she begins and then we could lead her to a more in person nature or keep it online with us (where we use the toys on her and also participate) or stop altogether. Whatever you decide though I wish you luck

2024-12-12 14:22:43 +0000 UTCit would be better if she wanted to start doing it rather than doing it already and MC could dissuade her or encourage her if he decides to encourage her if he wants he could also convince the other girls to do it turning it into an actual activity or on the contrary dissuading her he should instead be absolutely against it.

2024-12-06 22:13:29 +0000 UTCNah I get that you need to take care of yourself first otherwise we as customers can’t enjoy your content and you can’t make it also I get what you are saying about them kinks for the character it ain’t my flavour but as long as it’s just one character I can ignore that and enjoy the rest of the game ( not insulting your work it’s just not my thing) as for pregnancy Yh I get that too I would love more games to include it but understand it’s not something you can just turn off after the fact, you gotta run with it maybe a compromise could be one character or add it in right towards the end and for the ending that way it doesn’t impact the story too heavily but saying that I’d prefer you as you say don’t take risks ❤️

2024-11-29 10:58:39 +0000 UTCYes, it does tie back to that poll. The thing is there's two types of kinks: those that can be optional, and those that just can't... This is one that can't: it's this character's storyline (the start of it, at least) and it can't be optional. It can be optional to like/dislike the kink, it can be optional to go along with it or make her stop... Pregnancy is a bad kink too (development-wise!) 'cause it changes the whole game: it's not just a sex scene, it's a completely different story and set of renders (plus it can be risky with this site's policies...). You either make a game about it, or just avoid it. As everything else, not going to say it's never gonna happen, but being a single developer and really relying on this income, I can't take risks, atm.

2024-11-29 08:38:07 +0000 UTCI think this ties back to the post about kinks, as of writing no one has said this would turn them off the game, the key is optional like for me personally I’ll never romance the characters but I may sleep with them which is fine as is my preference, some people may not wish to interact with her which again I think is fine while others will dive head first I don’t think there is anything wrong with what seems to be a sex worker character but as is the same for my kink of pregnancy and all the other less vanilla stuff I think the key is it being optional (just my raw thoughts)
