Introducing Deva

"So, Thomas, what can you tell us about how you and your nidoqueen ended up together, and how you managed defeat most of this region?"
"A few years ago.. hmm.. well.. at first it was quite a trudge between me and Deva. Ever since the beginning of our travels in the Torren region, Deva always suffered during her time as a fresh Nidoran, never being able to contribute much to pokemon battles. Despite all of that, her courage and determination were enough for me to keep giving her a chance to get her own shining moment in the spotlight. After some rigorous training regiments, countless battles, and several evolutions in between, Deva became a near unstoppable force. Her signature move wasn't an extremely toxic poison attack, or any other kind of flashy move. Deva would simply punch forward with an extreme sense of might fueled by our unbreakable bond. Return. It was simple, effective, and it was all Deva needed to protect me and those around us. I've heard of the move before, but I've never seen it cause this much destruction before. That was until I found out just how much Deva really loved me. I laughed at myself for thinking such a powerful beast would even attempt to romance me, but when Deva came up to me and said the sweetest things to me, everything I've ever wanted to hear from a woman in need of a real partner, i wasn't laughing at all. Her size was and still is quite the ordeal to handle, but she was sturdier that way, more powerful. That was the most beautiful thing to me. We're still going strong, and.. I think we can start moving up a good bit more around here. Maybe we'll hit up Victory Road someday, i'm certain we could take it."
