For many verteran role players, this is a feature, but I found it challanging to on board my greener players to this system. 5e level 1 is pretty boring with only 1 thing most characters can or should do on their turns, but it is handy for bringing newer players on line. Perhaps a Level 0 could be added to Draw Steel? something that could give players a taste of the character without a full suite of ablities and options

2024-09-19 14:02:13 +0000 UTCNot sure this is the right place for it, but I wanted to offer one piece of feedback after playing the July playtest with my table- Level one givens players a large menu of options and abilites to keep track of and it was hard for players new to the RPG world to digest.

When can we expect to see a full 10 levels of a class in order to calibrate our homebrew content to have ready for release on day 1 of the store? I’m a small indie developer that is putting together a team to help design content for this RPG as I heavily believe in this game, and I would love to have content ready for the community

2024-09-15 17:37:28 +0000 UTCAfter participating in 3 playtest packets, I imagine it must be challenging to say a class/monster/ability is in its final state. How do you ultimately decide when a class or a monsters stats are “dialed in” and ready for publication?
