The worst part is that we have shows with CG that look good, Elusive Samurai as example. Maybe they spent all their budget on the last couple episodes (Copium)

And I think I got why there's a dance animation in the opening with some Touka short appearance... it's a way to show Touka fight, fool his opponent (with Seras dance or whatever) then use Paralyze.
