Kalief Browder : was stuffed into RIKERS, because some random other kid said to a COP…he stole my backpack…but that kid wasn’t told, ‘tell your Principal’ or even, ‘file a police report’…no, this high school student was sent to RIKERS, beaten, thrown into solitary, then drugged with psychotropic drugs.
