Great news! I looked into adjusting hard collider friction, and turns out that's it's very easy to do and noticeably improves collision physics.

The default friction (0.6 on a scale of 0 to 1) causes colliders to be pulled outside of the breast very easily by frictional forces. This makes breasts bounce on their own even when there's no visible force being applied to the breast - it's just the collider returning back towards the breast that causes the breast to move.

I tested reducing the friction to near zero, and it completely eliminates that problem. This looks good especially when the skin is meant to be slippery: you get almost no movement just from sliding another object along the skin surface. 

The plan is to have a real time adjustment of collider friction such that friction is high when the hard collider is within the breast close to its normal position, and decreases sharply as it moves away. Or at least, I'll see what that looks like and if it'd be a good balance. Having some friction probably makes breasts better at "staying put" when pushed up, for example.

In addition, soft collider friction can also be adjusted! Their friction is also 0.6 by default, increasing that to the maximum value of 1 might be useful for dry skin physics, as those colliders are much smaller, and they are at the skin surface.

It would also be possible to automatically adjust friction with settings in the Skin Materials 2 tab - e.g. gloss would reduce friction, but specular bumpiness would increase friction.

5.1 will have the above friction related improvements in one form or another, and at least the following:
