I have chosen a new hosting service that is anonymous and offers me 250GB of storage space.
The speed is pretty fast and you do NOT need an account to download there, also the site has no download limit.

I checked again and updated the newest "update" post, you are correct the 5-10Mb/s where "rare" so i guess the "pretty fast" and 200Kb/s don't fit well together =)

2023-03-24 17:09:37 +0000 UTCI get around 3-10MB/s that's around 3min for 1GB. My Stuff is not that big in size so i think its fine. Other upload services often have lower download speed, but you are right it's not the speed you would get from downloading on Steam for example. =)
