It's Blender...Took 6 Hours to render 60 FPS of this... 1080ti looks good on Youtube, dunno why it took so much time on my side...
And another thing, I'm gonna upload some MMD from VAM as well...

Furs are very taxing on renders. May be its your personal preference, but I dont think you need to render out fullblown fur on horses.
