The last bit is literally what I am placing in my headcanon now:D Warlock Terrorist always has something in it for him. As for Dominion I'd imagine they prefered he would report from really far away.

2020-10-22 18:20:41 +0000 UTCAh... so that was The Worm. I was wondering. Now, doesn't necromancy undermine the core conceits of the Aldmeri Dominion? Forcefully chaining souls into the mortal realm? Or is it cool as long as Mannimarco doesn't hold onto the soul? Does he have a handler in the Dominion who's like "goddammit Worm, you get results but you're way over budget on those souls, my supervisor is up my ass right now over the scheduled releases timeline we had to update JUST FOR YOU"?
