He is playing this Miyairi song that accompanies the lion's dance specifically once a year in his town (I learned of him playing the flute because he sent mepractice vids for the event months ago). I used bits of it and pitched it down to to move that away from east Asia towards the central Asia. However, in God Emperor we discover that a traditional Atreides meal is eaten with chopsticks so it is both.
