I was thinking how it is so much easier to just go and continue doing them frames instead of making a good looking update post and then I just did the good looking update post anyway.
Here is one about Giancarlo Giannini who's character in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace looked like someone I wanted my Malky to look like. So much so I asked Owen to try and imitate Giancarlo's Italian accent (can't wait for you to hear him switch between that and the ever tired ancient Moneo).
What I didn't know at all is that he was actually in DUNE! The noir legend plays none other but Shaddam the 4th himself in the 2000 miniseries. I only watched the Children part of that show (hence McAvoy-Britishness in Will's voice!) which I loved apart from Gurney and the Caladan looking like a Windows screensaver.
I am trying to watch part 1 purely because of Giancarlo's Shaddam but it is HARD. And I ain't talking the budget, the acting (except for Shaddam and Baron) and the direction and writing is just ugh.
On a side note, Wu-Tang: An American Saga show blew me (and Uluncha too!) away. I was aware of Wu (largely because of Afro Samurai and Owen) but only now I am gaining the knowledge of self. My bias is ODB. Peace, gods. Wanna make beats again...
