Scorpion Gothic

She found the only grimoire in a dusty bookshop in a somewhat seedy portion of the city. The old proprietor seemed pleased with the sale for more than for the few Euros of the sale. When she tried one of the spells that evening, sure it wouldn't work, she found herself the metal floor with a scorpion's body instead of legs. The book was now thrice her height (or maybe she'd shrunk) and she'd have to scale it before being able to figure out how to change back.
