Upside down Dimarioknot ❤️

The upsidown version is even more difficult and to my surprise, I was able to wriggle into it by myself for the first time only a couple of days ago. This is the video and you can see as I'm rolling my pelvis up over my lotus behind back, I'm grabbing the carpet to get some leverage. I'm also reaching out to my camera buddy for help but she saw the potential of me doing it by myself and refused to to give assistance. This is what makes a good teacher. Once I'm up you can see that I'm as pleased as pie 🤣🤣
