New live stretching scheduled 👍

I've scheduled another live stretching, again for Sunday - 17:hrs Western European Time. Subject will be firefly poses although since it's live, it can always be adapted. For those of you who are not familiar with firefly poses, check out the video which shows a couple of them.
Next live stretching following this one will be on a different day, possibly during the week to see how that works for you.
