True. That's why we expected the twist in the next episode, with Negan coming back as a way to show he changed. But that didn't happen 😩

Maggie wasn't around for anything he did in S9/S10, so it's hard for her to trust that he's not still always up to something. The last time she saw him, he was broken and she believed that's how he'd live forever, and before that he was terrorizing all of them. I think fans who hate on Maggie don't realize how she has experienced Negan vs. how the audience has these past two seasons.
