One of the big thing with Hachiman was that he has been playing the big brother for everyone. In exchange, Hiratsuka has been playing the role of his older sister, and that's all she ever should be. Also, mind you: Hiratsuka didn't say that they aren't codependent at all. She just said it's not the end all be all. They aren't just codependent. They shouldn't summarize it that way. Essentially, codependency is only a small part of their relationship, but not the whole.

Yeah, for sure. But she didn't put her down for making it clear what she wanted... while also making sure she is making the choice for herself. Haruno meanwhile, finally admitting that she's been pestering them constantly because she can't handle that Yukino actually wants this after she was "Forced" to do it for "20 years" (becuz you were definitely learning when you were a todler, right Haruno?) Love Sensei telling Hikki that Haruno is just making an observation and trying to sum up a complicated 3-way relationship with a single word like she's so genius. 'bout time someone reminded them that Haruno is NO EXPERT when it comes to this - really basically nobody is.
