Classroom of the Elite S3 Episode 13 (Finale)

At this point we're just assuming S4 is coming next year because we need more😂 Thank you so much to everyone for watching along with us and helping with some insights the anime missed out, it's crazy how quickly this show went by for us!
All 3 seasons had great moments and the build up of that ending leaves us confident in whatever comes next

next season is coming in April

max_g

if adapted properly, season 4 will be the best season yet. kei and koji's relationship is also pretty wholesome in the novels imo

They did Ichinose dirty in adaptation 🥲she was not so much “pick me” and just was wandering around strets under rain and Ayano-boy just forced her into room😭

Эльхан Карабалин

Year 2 will be great when it comes out. Some of my favourite characters in the new first years. Really hoping the delay is them doing it well. Also hoping for more Koji monologue because the anime makes him really 1 dimensional and there’s a lot of insight in his inner thoughts throughout the second year

Year 2 season 4 will be good from a Ln reader 🙏

i think s4 was confirmed to air in april so not so much of a wait lets just pray it doesnt get delayed

Diego

If adapted well, I think season 4 could be pretty good. Some of my favorite arcs are in year 2.

I would love for that to happen. it would suck to see idk how many seasons just to have no SUBSTANTIAL character growth. although the Ayanokoji we saw here is already a lot further than S1 E1 Ayanokoji it feels like

Personally agreed. I feel like the anime removed a lot of internal monologue (bc they are long), i feel like LN showed multiple time Koji want to change. While anime is more about him being smart and stuff. Im surprised they didnt change line of the last scene to aurafarm 😂

I feel like Ayano does genuinely want it. But he been build by his dad to not. Im predicting ayano is human and being here is actually breaking his shell. Tho its possible they end the show with him staying robotic forever.

The last monologue is something that I enjoy the most about the story, and what kept me interested when reading the light novel. Something that this adaptation desperately wants to avoid - nuance in Ayanokouji's character. What I mean specifically is letting the viewers in on his thoughts and letting us try to figure out what he thinks about himself and what he actually wants out of these 3 years that he's been able to obtain. The tone of the story changes when you, seeing his internal thoughts, realize how horrifically messed up Ayanokouji was throughout his childhood, and that there's not really any escape from further pain. He doesn't have an ego. He doesn't feel proud of his abilities and achievements. How can he? It's all been forced upon him, all predetermined. The only reason he's mentally "stable" right now is that he learned to cut himself off from feeling anything to not break. Learned that winning is the only way to save himself from suffering. His famous "all people are nothing but tools" monologue from the 1st season also has a different tone to it in the novel: "... as long as I win in the end, I'll be okay". Sorry for the rant. A bit of an old man yells at cloud moment. I'm pretty disappointed that the adaptation didn't focus on Ayanokouji's character and instead played into him being a power fantasy for teenage boys, but it is what it is. I had a lot of fun watching your reactions. You're not afraid to criticize the shows, have great chemistry and seem to genuinely enjoy what you do. Good luck with the channel. :)
