Quick teaser, Update, ETA and Livestream!

This project has been a bit of a beast but I got there in the end - I'm pretty damn happy with the result! It will have taken literally 3 weeks of flat out work once it's done (21 days! though some of that time was spent on a patreon bonus video...), but I think it was worth it :)
I did take a weekend amongst that guys, honest...at the end....after you told me I should π
In the end I tweaked the vision I showed off in last month's livestream, including re-adopting an idea I had binned off after one of you guys got me talking about it again (Alex, I think?)
It's a fairly packed video with a ton of materials and techniques, and hopefully a flexible method for using trees with the tile system, that should give us some really cool options when it comes time to make forest floor tiles (soon....once I've made more trees π
)
I should be able to get it to you guys either Thursday evening or some point on Friday, and it'll be a patreon exclusive until Monday...
Speaking of exclusives, I'll be finishing working on the upgraded wood tile bonus video immediately after, so watch out for that soon too.
Finally, the next livestream I'm going to hold this Sunday at 7pm BST as usual - so hopefully you guys can drop in and say hi, I love the banter we get in those!

2021-04-28 11:12:20 +0000 UTCYeah I think so :) in the end I thought it just gave more flexibility, the gap isn't any more noticeable than other modular tiles, and it let's you make some epic tall forest trees...
