Discord Server Link Post!
Added 2021-10-19 10:05:24 +0000 UTCI realised this was not as easy to find as it should be! so it gets a tag to make it easier for new people until I can get the archive post set up :)
Patreon should have added you automatically if you have already connected Patreon to discord in the past, if not, just follow this link and click connect: patreon.com/settings/profile

I've set up a bunch of channels and topics to keep it organised and spark inspiration for sharing

Just in case anyone else struggled with this, you need to go to the apps page under settings, the link is: https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps (i believe the link in the OP was to the old location of the discord settings)
