Default HD Beta 1.9.5: Block Update!

Hey guys! I know it is a long time coming but as of 1.19.3 all of the blocks in Default HD are now complete! Of course there may be future revisions and edits but as a whole it is finished. I am sure there will be more with 1.20 but we will cross that when it comes!
Next on the to-do list will be items and possibly some effects!
