Monthly Checkup #9: Motivation
Added 2021-09-02 03:50:54 +0000 UTCHey fatties and admirers alike!
I got a bit of news to ramble on about.
Lately, I've been more motivated than ever to draw commissions and work on art, so things are starting to go back to a healthy level. Although, sometimes, it's at an almost manic level. I remember having this manic level of drawing energy when I first started to take my anxiety and depression meds. I need to be careful not to get burnt out.
Since I'm staying on top of my commission workload so well, there will be more time for me to draw stuff for myself and others. This means more Patreon content, hopefully, in the very near future. I'm still trying to figure out how to take my Patreon to the next level without forcing deadlines or pressure onto myself, something that just doesn't help me feel motivated.
I'm thinking about time-lapse videos, something neat and fun to show my drawing process. It's something that I know I can easily do with not too much effort, I can do ones for regular commissions, and higher reward tier members can get such content for my early access images!
Just... for those of you still here somehow, I want to extend a big and fat THANK YOU once again. I'm not making nearly as much as other artists, but that's okay. The small amount of support I'm getting here is providing an excellent supplement for my primary income! I love you all! <3
