I watched the Anime for every arc but only read the manga of Dressrosa, Zou and Wano, so that maybe impacted my rankings a little, if for example Toei didn't pace the Anime that well for my taste it may be lower that's for example why Alabasta isn't as high sadly. The Tierlist nearly changes daily so they are not final in any way xD But all arcs are great for what they try to do and I placed them for OP standards and not Anime standard for me :D
