Thanks Lance! I definitely don't always get the chance to do all the studies when I do client work. But I just really enjoy doing them and feel so much more confident about the final painting if I have them. So if it's something for just me or for cons then I definitely think it's worth doing them. Also! I am working on the watercolor of that little mermaid right now. I hope to post the high res here for you guys tomorrow if it ends up working out!

Something I know I should do, but I usually end up just going from initial sketch to final drawing due to deadlines and time windows. Looking good. The inktober drawing you posted this morning of the mermaid and fish is fantastic; would love to see that in color, too.
