Hedge Guard Final Art
Added 2020-01-19 13:50:38 +0000 UTCThe Hedge Guard defeated his mortal foe: the Fire Frog, in this month's Monster-of-the-Month battle! The Hedge Guard won by a fairly wide margin, with almost twice as many votes.
But in spite of the wide margin of victory in the polls, it was almost certainly a gruesome battle, (if the comments outlining the battle here and on Instagram are to be believed).
The story; as I gather it from the comments, is that The Fire Frog breathed some horrible, caustic flame that lit the Hedge Guard on fire. The Hedge Guard was burned terribly, but he is made of young spring wood that has a natural regeneration power. The fire went out; and in the end, the weight of armor and metal was just too much for the frog. Hedge Guard won the engagement, but it was a spectacular showdown.
Thank you everybody for casting your votes! Also! For those of you who voted Frog, there is still a lot of time left in the month, so who knows? We might still see a color final for the Fire Frog this month!
