I’m here with the September base as promised! This base is a direct continuation of last months base, being filled with numerous outfits so you can build a wardrobe for your ocs! This is my first time making an outfit base, and it was definitely a learning curve! I hope it’s enjoyable to use. It will definitely require editing here and there to make certain items work together, but I did my best to make it as user friendly as possible.
