Update Report #19

Change of plans everyone!

Okay, this month I should be working on 2.4, the Gym update with the system to change your muscle mass, the two rooms that are not implemented, and some events in the Locker room, BUT, last month I tested some things that sooner or later I would be forced to do.

Here is the thing, the way I make the sex scenes is by positioning the player model in a 3D software, and then extracting it in one file, so for the 110 sex scenes available right now in the game I have 110 files with a size of something close to 7MB each, that is 770MB in total, and it gets bigger with each update, and that it's a problem, because the game could end up being something like 3GB by the end of next year.

Another problem of this system is that if I want to change or add something to the player models, I have to reposition all the sex scenes in the 3D software, using the updated model, and then extract everything again, so if in the future I need to touch something, or add something to the player model, the further into the future I change something, the harder it will be, because there will be far more sex scenes to reposition.

So, after doing some testing, I decided to change the way I make the sex scenes, using one single model file that will have one "animation" (pose) applied in Unity, this way the size of the game will be reduced drastically, and if I want to change something in the future about the player model, I'll be able to do it without worrying about having 110 sex scenes or 2000. To make this new system I need to reposition every single sex scene, something that it's already done! ^^ Now, there is a good side effect of this, I can apply almost the entire pose to other models, and as you can see in the screenshot (a test from weeks ago), this way I can add other playable races.

So...the next version of the game will be 2.3.5, and it will have the High Elves as a new playable race, some cum textures for the body, and maybe the cheats menu to see every scene in the game or give you as much gold as you want.

I'm finishing the High Elf models this week, so next week I'll show you the skin color, faces, bodies, and hairstyles. It sounds like something small, but after I finish the models, I'll have to position them correctly in the 110 sex scenes, is not just pushing a button (I wish), and of course is Christmas, so I'll have to deal with family and all those things.

I imagine that some of you might not be happy with this, but I need to change the system as soon as possible, or there will be horrible problems in the future, the High Elves are an added bonus so you guys have something new in the version.
