HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME, YA GIRL IS 23!! 💞🎉

Time for me to ✨talk your ear off✨

Posting this early because of birthday plans! I am going to be visiting the mall, going to a wonderful hibachi restaurant, and eating cookie cake to celebrate!

I am seriously so, so, so happy it didn’t end early. I struggle with severe BPD and my whole life I had been very, very bad to myself. It started at 10 years old. Multiple times I’ve almost lost my existence to stupid, inconsiderate reasons.. But I am beyond happy to say that I have NOT done ANYTHING bad to myself in a YEARS now! And life is so incredibly amazing, that I am proud to say it will stay that way!

I’ve had some serious health issues due to disability stuff as well. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTS, fibromyalgia, and newly discovered degenerative disc disease (arthritis). All were professionally diagnosed, with multiple opinions and doctors - I am considered a very high risk case because I have so many concerns that some doctors are shocked to see a literal list.

It was horrible at first, I had struggled for so incredibly long and just didn’t know why. My days were a disaster so often due to the pain. But now, with the help of my doctors, I can proudly say I’m almost fully functioning and have such an insane appreciation for life that it’s not even funny!

I have such a joy to me, a love for others and the gorgeous world around me! Every day when I wake up I go “You will get through anything, and you’re blessed to be part of such a wonderful universe”!

What my horribly worded speech is trying to say, is that THINGS GET BETTER! And I am so honored to have a 23rd year here!

If you have doubts, feel hopeless, feel worthless - be the change you want to see. You are all such unique and special people, and I 100% believe you can feel better if you make yourself!

The fact that I’ve made it to 23 years makes me want to cry with happiness. Especially since I’ve changed so much, and am now a woman with all love in her heart!

You all have changed my life in astounding ways, and your kindness and appreciation truly has made me so much more confident in myself and proud of my achievements!

Thank you for being the best kind of friends! I love you all, and am hoping I have an awesome birthday! 💞🥰
